Downloading your VAT invoices
How and where to find them, and how to set your VAT number on the account.
Where invoices live
Every payment you make to Avago generates a VAT invoice, and they're all kept in your account. Open your Billing settings and you'll find your invoice history listed by date. Each one can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF, so whether you need a single receipt or the full set for your year-end, they're there to pull whenever you want them — no need to email and ask.
Setting your VAT number
If you're VAT-registered, add your VAT number so it appears on every invoice:
- Open your Billing settings.
- Find your billing or company details.
- Enter your VAT number alongside your business name and address.
- Save.
From then on, new invoices show your VAT number and registered details, which is what your accountant needs for reclaiming.
Set your VAT number and billing address before your first payment if you can. Invoices are generated at the moment of payment, so getting the details in early means every invoice is correct from the start rather than something to reconcile later.
