Integration · CRM

Avago forms, HubSpot contacts and deals.

Connect HubSpot and Avago feeds your contacts, deals, tickets and email lists from one source: your site. Forms become contacts, orders become deals, bookings become engagement events — all attributed to the original Avago source page.

What this integration does

Three things this integration does. For the HubSpot-shaped team.

If sales lives in HubSpot, marketing lives on Avago, and you'd like them to talk without a daily CSV dance — this is the integration.

01 · Contacts

Forms become contacts, with source attribution.

Every form submission creates or updates a HubSpot contact with the lifecycle stage, source page, UTMs and any custom properties you map. Owner auto-assignable by rule.

Per-form mapping · ownership
02 · Deals

Orders and bookings open deals.

An order or a booking can open a HubSpot deal with the right amount, stage and pipeline. Per-product pipeline routing so retail orders, services and SaaS subs each go to the right team.

Pipeline · stage · owner
03 · Engagement

Visit timeline, on the contact record.

Avago pushes meaningful engagement events (page visit, document download, signup) to the HubSpot contact timeline. Sales sees what marketing's site visitors actually did.

Automation surface

Triggers and actions — two CRMs, one truth.

HubSpot events and Avago events trigger each other through the visual flow builder or via webhooks for advanced setups.

Triggers · when this happens

hubspot → avago
Deal stage changedA deal moved (e.g. Negotiation → Closed Won). Trigger an Avago flow — useful for unlocking gated content, sending a Notion update.
hubspot → avago
Contact owner changedOwnership moved within HubSpot. Update Avago contact records to match.
hubspot → avago
List membership changedA contact joined or left a HubSpot list. Trigger gated-page access changes on Avago.

Actions · do this

avago → hubspot
Create or update contactDefault for forms. Source page and UTMs always attached. Owner auto-assigned by rule.
avago → hubspot
Open dealFor orders and bookings. Pick pipeline, stage, owner. Amount and currency from the order.
avago → hubspot
Log engagementPage visit, document download, video watched. Lands on the contact timeline.
avago → hubspot
Add to listBehavioural list membership — "downloaded the brochure", "visited pricing twice this month".
Inside HubSpot

Source-attributed, every contact.

Every contact, deal and engagement Avago pushes lands with the source URL, UTM, and the form / order / booking that produced it. The end of "where did this lead come from?"

  • Source URL on every record
  • UTM-aware
  • Per-product deal pipeline
  • Owner auto-assignment

Setup

Three steps. About a minute.

The full setup. Most owners click through the defaults and never come back to this page.

Click 'Connect HubSpot' in Integrations.

OAuth flow opens. Sign in to the HubSpot account. Pick the portal. Approve the Avago app.

Map forms to contact properties.

Avago auto-suggests mapping from your form labels to HubSpot contact properties. Configure custom properties separately. Set owner assignment rules (round-robin, by region, by service).

Map orders to deal pipelines.

Decide which pipeline an order or a booking opens a deal in. Set the default stage. Map line items to products if you sell from a product catalogue.

Permissions & data

What this integration can see and do.

Avago stores a HubSpot contact ID on each matching Avago contact so updates stay in sync. We do not duplicate the entire HubSpot contact record locally.

FAQ · 4 short answers

The questions we get about HubSpot.

Does this work with all HubSpot tiers?

Yes. The integration supports HubSpot's free CRM up through Enterprise. Some features (custom timeline events, multi-pipeline routing) need at least Sales Hub Starter, which is HubSpot's normal pricing — not an Avago fee.

Will this duplicate my existing HubSpot contacts?

No. The integration looks up by email first, by phone second, and updates the existing contact when there's a match. Only creates a new contact when nothing matches.

Can I disable the integration just for one form?

Yes. Per-form opt-out is in the form's settings panel. Useful for forms that are deliberately not commercial (newsletter signups, careers applications).

How does this compare to Avago's built-in CRM block?

The Avago CRM block is lightweight — contacts, basic tagging, source attribution. For pipelines, sequences, sales automation and reporting, HubSpot is far stronger. If you live in HubSpot already, this integration makes the two work as one.
