The agency workspace

Avago for Agencies is built for studios and freelancers running many client sites at once. At its centre is the agency workspace — a single account from which you create, build and manage every client's site. Instead of juggling separate logins, your whole portfolio lives in one place, with shared access for your team and a consistent way of working across every project. It's the home base for everything that follows: multiple sites, white-label, client roles and one bill.

Multi-site dashboard

The multi-site dashboard gives you a portfolio-level view. From it you can:

  • See every client site and its status at a glance
  • Jump straight into any site to edit or publish
  • Spin up a new client site from a template
  • Track which sites are live, in build, or need attention

It's how an agency keeps ten, fifty or a hundred sites in order without losing the thread on any of them.

White-label setup

You can make Avago disappear behind your own brand. White-label lets you apply a brand kit (your logo and colours), serve the client login from your own URL via CNAME and SSL, and send branded emails from your studio rather than from Avago. To your clients, it looks like your platform end to end.

Client roles and permissions

Clients and team members get only the access they should have, through roles:

  • Owner — full control of a site.
  • Editor — can edit content, but not billing or critical settings.
  • Viewer — can look and comment, but not change anything.

Give a client a viewer or editor role on their own site while you retain control, and the boundaries stay clear.

Billing aggregation and per-client invoicing

Billing is consolidated: Avago sends one invoice to the agency covering all your sites, rather than billing each client. You then bill your clients separately, and you can set your own markup on top of the wholesale cost. The client relationship — and the margin — stays yours.

The model is designed so the agency stays in front. You hold the platform relationship, brand it as your own, control access, and own the billing; Avago sits invisibly underneath.
