What's the hourly rate?
From £50/hour for everything — design, dev, copy, SEO, project management. We don't have a 'senior' rate, we don't charge more for evenings, and we don't bill for emails or quote calls. Billed in 30-minute blocks. Prepay a block of hours and the rate drops — you decide how many hours to buy.
How quickly can you start?
Most projects start within 2–5 working days of you accepting the quote. Genuinely urgent things (a broken site, a launch tomorrow) we’ll do same-day where we can — just say in the brief.
Can you work on a site I built with Avago's AI?
Yes — that's the main thing we do. We work directly in your Avago site, in the same editor you have, so when we're done you can keep editing it without us.
What if I want a one-off project, not ongoing help?
One-offs are completely normal. The majority of Avago Extra projects are single jobs — a migration, a blog post, a landing page. No retainer, no minimum commitment, no auto-renewal.
Can I top up hours partway through a project?
Yes. If we hit the top of the quoted range and you want us to keep going, we'll flag it before we cross the line — never after. You authorise more hours, we keep going.
What happens if I'm not happy with the work?
We'll keep iterating until you are, on our time — not your hours. If we still can't get there, we don't bill you for the parts you can't use. We'd rather lose the job than have you tell people we didn't sort it out.
