4. subscription and payment

Free Trial

You can build and edit websites for free. No payment is required until you choose to publish your website.


Paid Plans

Publishing your website requires a paid subscription at £34.99 per month (or as otherwise advertised). By subscribing, you agree to:


  • Automatic monthly billing to your payment method
  • Current pricing displayed at time of purchase
  • Price changes with 30 days advance notice
  • Taxes applied as required by law


Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services, except where required by law.

NO HIDDEN FEES

Our pricing is transparent. The subscription fee includes hosting, SSL, bandwidth, and all core features. Additional services (like Avago Extra) are optional and clearly priced.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to use Avago for:


  • Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Adult content, gambling, or weapons sales
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Phishing, malware, or other malicious activities
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial communications

  • Excessive use that impacts service for others

6. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all rights to content you create and upload. By using Avago, you grant us a license to host, display, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service.


Our Platform

Avago, including all software, designs, and trademarks, remains our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.


AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for use on your website. We make no claims to ownership but cannot guarantee uniqueness or originality of AI-generated content.

7. Website Publishing and Domains

Domain Names

  • You can publish on a free Avago subdomain or connect your own domain
  • Domain registration and renewal are your responsibility
  • We're not liable for domain registration errors or expiration
  • Domain transfers are subject to registrar policies


Website Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be scheduled with advance notice when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload, including:



  • Text and written content
  • Images and graphics
  • Videos and audio
  • Logos and branding materials


We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

Changes to Service

  • Update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes

Account Termination

Upon termination, your websites will be unpublished and data may be deleted after 30 days.

  • AI-generated content will meet your requirements
  • Your website will achieve specific business results
  • Third-party integrations will always function correctly

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avago and its operators are not liable for:


  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss (though we maintain regular backups)
  • Third-party actions or content


Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
